I requested that we get connected with another agent because we were not interested in working with Kelsi due to her being overbearing and ignoring our requests. The owner called me and continued to ignore our requests and talked down to me, saying that the majority of people don’t understand how insurance coverage works. We will not be returning customers, I’d encourage others to use a different agency. This one is clearly mismanaged with a touch of nepotism. Bless their hearts! ❤️
