  The staff at Lodi Honda was amazing from start to finish! They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Ask for Marvin , he was the best .

  Everyone was awesome from the staff in the service department to the staff on the sales floor. Michael was great to work with! I traded my 2018 civic and was given a killer deal and drove away with a 2025 Accord Overall experience was excellent!

  I reside in Stockton, California, but I prefer having my Honda Accord serviced by Lodi Honda because of a surprisingly great customer service experience that I had with them in my previous trip there. The friendliness and car knowledge of the service advisors are what made me decide to trust my car’s maintenance to the Lodi Honda service team. All the advisors appear tuned in as to what they are supposed to do as soon as a customer walks in. They greet you with a smile which is awesome. One of them is Patrick who took care of me the first time I came in months back. It was a great customer experience so I sought him out again when my car’s daytime running light broke down. Patrick quickly created a ticket and told me there’s an extended warranty issued on the headlights but the work order needed to be approved by the manufacturer and that we have to wait for the parts once authorized. He said he’ll submit the paperwork and he’ll call me. The whole process went so smoothly and I did not have to do anything other than drive the car back after a few days for the fix. This is quite a long post but it cannot be avoided. I just wanted to give the Lodi service team, especially Patrick, the credit that they deserve for doing a great job.

  Had a great experience at Lodi Honda. We bought a certified preowned Civic. The sales team was very friendly. In particular, our salesmen Justin was outstanding. He was very patient and worked with us to get us a fair price on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Lodi Honda to those in the market for a new or used Honda.
