  I don’t typically write reviews but this situation motivated me to. The price was good and thats what drew me to go to them, i was told come in monday or tuesday morning and call when im on the way so he would make sure to be there. I was then told on the phone Monday morning I would have to wait til around 3 pm as they “put people in front of me now” after i had already moved my entire schdule to have it done in the morning. I missed school for this and me being in highschool means I cant go to work if I miss school all because I was mislead about what time I could come in.

  Customer service was beyond outstanding! Save yourself a trip to the dealership and look no further than this business. Was impossibly locked out of my 2006 chrysler town and country van. Steve came out to where I was stranded ! Wow HUGE PLUS and savings. I didn't have to pay to have it towed. Kind, prompt, professional. They were the best. Thank you for your guys outstanding work!

  Woman at the counter was extremely snappy and rude. I am quite familiar with automotive technology and she tried to sell me some line of crap and told me that it cost the money to pull the pin code off of Chrysler‘s website or whatever line of crap she was trying to get me to Rip me off when I’ve got a sink dial to scan which is a fairly high-level intermediate tool for DIY mechanics and not only am. I provided the pin code for the security system to program new remote with this tool. It doesn’t require anything other than what the locksmith authority has access to as far as key cut codes and I would be OK with all this however that said I purchased from here several months ago, and I asked them if they were cutting my key by the van, and they said that they always pulled up the information from them and only cut their keys by the van and it didn’t cost me no extra to do it then however with that said this time around, I feel like I was so a line of crap because obviously I’m not buying their products that came in with my own key to have them cut it and it seems like they didn’t like it too much. I did like this place, and I thought their prices were affordable however, just because of the disrespectful attitude, the woman at the counter had with me I believe the owner‘s wife I will never spend another dollar in this place again and Buyer beware it’s always better to go somewhere else and pay a little bit extra for a tiny bit of respect. And it’s hilarious because I spoke with the owner or a gentleman over the phone about three days ago and he told me $10 to bring a key I needed to have cut by the VIN. This was a service I needed done for my late girlfriend‘s vehicle and it’s very unfortunate. My circumstances but furthermore, they disrespected this woman just snub nosed me with. I’ve never been treated with such rudeness in my life and it’s amazing. This woman and her husband even make a dollar off of their business treating their customers like this and if my memory service incorrectly when I was spending $100 having a key cut for my 2006 Ford Taurus she wasn’t any nice to me. Word of advice to you, lady you catch more flies with honey than vinegar and no thanks to you. I’ve gotta deal with this vehicle a little while longer than my heart wants to after my beautiful, beautiful fiancé was found dead inside it. Your cold hearted attitude would freeze hell over.
