  I recommend Local Plumber for all your plumbing needs. John C. did an awesome job replacing our garbage disposal! He's polite, professional, knowledgeable, was on time, diagnosed the issue and replaced the disposal quickly and efficiently. I'm so happy to be able to use my kitchen sink again! I can't thank John C. and Local Plumber enough for excellent customer service!

  It is hard to accurately describe how grateful we are for Local Plumber and for the services they provided for our family. We recently experienced a water leak that flooded two rooms on the first floor of our home. The water was coming from somewhere underneath a built-in jetted tub, so we demolished the wall around the tub to discover that the water appeared to be bubbling up from under the concrete slab. We had no idea where it could be coming from, but turning off the water to our home was the only way to stop it. I called a couple of “leak detection” specialty companies that I located online, only to be told they could not come out for one to two weeks. I was almost in tears when I called Local Plumber, but from that very first call they were amazing! Krista was able to send someone to our home that same afternoon, and kept me informed the entire time as to their ETA. The plumber that responded to our call was John B., and we could tell from the moment we met him that we were in expert hands. He was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable as he diagnosed the source of our issue, and he determined that we had a leak in the pipe that runs underground from our water well to our house. After telling us how he could fix the issue, John B. answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. He was able to give us a quote within a few minutes after leaving our house, and because we were living with no water, the job was scheduled to be done 48 hours later. From start to finish their communication was top-notch, and John B. is an absolute perfectionist. The cost of the job was very reasonable and they guarantee their work. We are grateful to have found such an amazing company, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not hesitate to give them a call!

  We had a leaking water heater in our crawl space and a broken shut off valve replaced by Local Plumber LLC . The plumber was on time and worked from 9 to 4 pm to replace it the same day for a fair price. We will use them again .

  Rob was warm and friendly. He immediately gave me some options that made me feel comfortable with doing business with them! The fact that he was a fellow New Yorker and Christ follower didn't hurt either! If we go with pros, you will definitely be hearing from us!
