Water Damage RestorationFire & Water Damage Restoration
Local Home Restoration provides residential and commercial water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, storm damage restoration, and crawl space encapsulation services to Simpsonville, SC, and surrounding areas.
Since Hurricane Helene, we have dealt with four different companies trying to get our basement and crawl space back to where it was pre-Hurricane. We had 2 sump pumps, 2 dehumidifiers, battery back ups, etc. that all had damage from the hurricane. They were working but not consistently so every time it rained we had some additional leaking. Two of the companies came in with quotes that were ridiculously expensive and two companies just would not show up when they were scheduled. My husband and I both work full time so we couldn’t keep taking off from work waiting for people to show up!
Thankfully we found Local Home Restoration. Zach and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. He sent texts and emailed our quote. We had one set back where the new sump pumps were delayed in shipping so we couldn’t do the installation when it was scheduled. Zach was great about communicating about this and rescheduled at a convenient time. Installation went really well and we paid using an online invoice. We are so pleased and it looks great. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Highly recommend Zach and George at Local Home Restoration. They just completed a big job on hanging my 18 ft curtains - they even had to trim the rod - they paid close attention to detail, took their time to make sure it was correct and even contacted the designer to make sure they got the length exactly right. Thank you George and Zach for all of your hard work!

If you are looking for honest, quality work, Local Home Restoration is it! They are fantastic with communication and scheduling. Their laborers are skilled and the resources are abundant. They provided a detailed review with modest recommended repairs, not to make bigger of a situation to gain more work. We were extremely pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone in need. It was a pleasure to work with them.
