  I’m taking my case to the State Attorney for the sake of the community. They called me to harass me and hang up on me today ! When I had an active claim on my vehicle- they forced me to pay $100 for their insurance knowing I had same insurance as few months prior and because my agent sent to wrong address in time frame- they charged me because documents didn’t get to them within the timeframe - was attempted- gave to them within a day of notifying us was sent to wrong address. They still charged me for their insurance knowing I have had full coverage the entire year without lapses! Now they won’t file a claim for me with their insurance and suddenly they claim it was removed the same day it was applied! So where is my $100 you stole and won’t file a claim? Funny because your indemnity company is way more helpful and said we are active today with our certificate- they need loan max to call them with the information for the claim. Loan max keeps arguing and hanging up on me. They refused to acknowledge their responsibility in this mess! My duty is to bring this possible “double jeopardy “ issue up to our state attorney when all is said and done!
