  No the people that work there are nice Britney she's a really nice person it's got the cutest dog is so it's not because of customer service but I borrowed a thousand and I had to pay back $1,000$20 away from being thousand they took off $80 as a courtesy think twice before you take out a car title loan well I'm also on a very small budget so maybe if you have a weekly check but still it's like buying the car especially if your car is not mechanically inclined so maybe but still it's the dumbest thing you could ever do with a way to get money

  Carlos was amazing! Very thorough and respectful! I have had a time trying to deal with getting a loan and he was very upfront and helpful with all my little questions! This company was very honest and up front! Way to have someone working for you that knows how to explain really well! OK, so yesterday was great however I was unable to get the check cashed so I was quite frustrated and it was not this locations Fault I might add that the manager of the store Brittany and Carlos who I worked with yesterday were very diligent with doing everything in their potential to try to either get me a new check or get a stop check process going and fortunately enough “in go “ the app was successful in transferring the money to my bank account. However, that has taught me a very good lesson that when in doubt wait for the bank to open because if you need money immediately $25 is better than 50 or not at all if scammed all the way up until you get stressed out. Feeling lied to or scanned. This company went over and beyond Leon from finance Felicia from area management and Dustin from vice president‘s office, including customer service all worked very hard to figure out a resolution and that resolution has been figured out and they took good care of me the entire time. I even tried to buy them lunch, but neither one of them wanted lunch so that’s OK it’ll come back to them tenfold they were good people and never on the website. Did I see that it was all gonna be in cash and never on the website did I see that there was no fees of course the banks always charge a fee so yeah good job Loan Max Fort Collins I will be referring you!!!!
