    I’ve been a loyal customer with them for a while now and have never had any issues the staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, my most recent experience really disappointed me. I called to let them know that my car was in an accident and to request a one-month hold on my payment while I sort things out with insurance and cover a rental out of pocket. Instead of being understanding, the representative I spoke with came across as rude and aggressive, asking for “proof” in a harsh tone and showing little empathy for my situation. I completely understand that they have policies and need documentation — but the way a customer is treated matters, especially when we are going through something stressful. I hope management sees this and reminds their staff that professionalism and compassion go a long way. I’ve had great experiences in the past, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue and that future interactions will be handled with the same kindness and respect I used to receive.
