  5 stars initially to Kathy J who has shown great costumer service and was very knowledgeable and sweet! However, she was from a different store for that company. I went back and spoke to a Jessica after paying off my loan less than 15 days. After I paid she said it would take 597 days to get my title back. Went back on the 23rd and was told no title was there and it was gonna be mailed. I asked her to call me instead of mailing. I then called on the 25th and was told since I paid with a DEBIT card I would have to wait. After I advised her it didn’t make since and it’s not in contract and debit is same as cash, she then said that the title wasn’t in. Which was a lie because she wouldn’t have made up the first lie. Today I was called to come pick it up and they do NOT offer 30 day interest free anymore. Which is false advertisement on the site and I got the loan 30 day interest free. People stop giving these companies your title. They are making triple the money you borrowed. Stick with 39 DAY INTEREST FREE TITLE LOANS
