She lied directly to my face about sending emails about inspections and that’s just to start with. I would love to comment on then gentleman in the office but not once has he said hello walks around the grounds like someone shot his dog.

The apartment itself is modern, gorgeous, and perfectly designed for comfortable living. It’s truly an ideal place to raise kids and enjoy the outdoors — the environment here is welcoming, safe, and vibrant. A huge shoutout to the property managers, Ashley and Josh. Their empathy and genuine care stood out right away. They’re always timely with responses and incredibly down-to-earth, making the whole process so easy and stress-free. They keenly listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to help. Thanks to them, my move-in was incredibly smooth and fast, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a great community with outstanding management, I can’t recommend Livery Modern Apartments enough!
