  We have never felt more welcomed!! Our daughter’s first day was like she has been here for years. The director was amazing!! She was very welcoming, energetic, and truly cared about my daughter’s experience here! The school was clean, it was unlike any other childcare experience we have been a part of ❤️

  I was that mom who called every hour the first week. My son's in the infant program and leaving him anywhere was a nightmare for me. But the teachers noticed every tiny thing...when he rubbed his eyes, when he wanted a snack, when he needed comfort. I could tell they actually care for the kids, not just "watch" them. The way they care made me so happy and comfortable with bringing him to daycare.

  I recently visited this daycare for my child, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I walked in, I felt such a welcoming, positive energy. The staff were warm, professional, and truly seemed to care about every child there. The classrooms were bright, clean, and thoughtfully organized with age-appropriate toys and learning materials. What stood out most to me was how engaged and happy the children were. I can tell this is a place where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn and explore. The director took the time to explain their daily routines, curriculum, and how they focus on both social and emotional development. As a parent, it’s such a relief to find a daycare that feels like an extension of home. I left the visit feeling confident and excited about enrolling my child here. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a truly caring and professional daycare.

  I am writing to formally report an extremely troubling incident that occurred during my recent phone interaction with Zoe. I called to ask about spot availability and wait times, and Zoe refused to provide any information, dismissed my inquiry, Stating” I have other things to do and I’m not going to get into that” and abruptly hung up the phone. I found this behavior completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile. As a parent, I should feel safe and respected when interacting with daycare staff, yet this experience left me feeling unheard, disrespected, and concerned for the well-being of my child.Additionally, I am deeply troubled because I felt that Zoe’s behavior may have been influenced by my race, which makes me question whether my child would be treated fairly at this facility.Due to the severity of this incident, I am taking immediate action and will be filing formal complaints withNew York Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) and New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR) – to ensure this is fully investigated.I urge you to take this matter seriously, investigate Zoe’s conduct, and implement corrective measures to ensure all parents and children are treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism.

  Excellent daycare! The building is clean and spacious. The meal plan and activities are well-thought-out and nutritious,. The staff is warm , kind and very attentive – they made our son feel very comfortable and cared for.. A great addition to the area for parents and kids! From what we understand, they will have tons of extra curriculum activities as far as after school and weekends.
