  Marilyn Singer is AMAZING, and you should call her for your real estate needs! I was at my wits end being a landlord. Non paying tenants, maintenance issues, repairs, lease agreements, dealing with HOA notices, finding new tenants, screening - all time consuming frustration. Having Marilyn step into the role as the landlord has been one of the BEST decisions I've ever made! She's a God send! Marilyn is uber professional, takes care of the property ....maybe even better than I did! She manages ALL communications with tenants, huge reduction in tenant turnover, pays me via automatic deposit ON TIME every month, a spreadsheet every month, tax forms, etc. And when time to liquidate she markets the property, moves it fast, and just makes owning a HANDS OFF experience and I just love her.   I can't say enough about the response time with this company. We all know that things happen, things break but I've not had to wait more than 24 hours to have anything fixed and or replaced. Talk about caring for their renters is an understatement.

  Marilyn helped us buy our home in Orlando. We were living in Tennessee and had a short time frame for moving here to Orlando, so she was shopping for us while we were still working and unable to come down to view the properties. I let her know what we were looking for and she picked a home for us and made the contract in her own name with a clause to assign the contract to us if we liked it when we came down. If we didn’t like it she was going to keep the home as a rental property. We were able to come down during the inspection period and found the home to be perfect for us and we moved forward with the purchase. Thank you to Marilyn for finding our Florida Home!
