I read the bad reviews and can’t help but to think those complaining are THE PROBLEM. I referred a friend a while back and we’re well taken care of. Thanks ladies for making us feel special!

We are owed a security deposit back of the amount $382.97, and have been coming into the office every week for the past month to ask about the check, emailed them with no response. It has been 30 business days since the final move out date and the documents released stating our refund back. The front office staff involving Skyler and her Boss Erisha have been truly uncooperative and dysfunctional when it comes to this dilema. I came today on 10/03 to pick up the check, Skyler changed her wording saying that the check got the delivered to their office and that she never received it. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! STAY AWAY !

What really stood out to me was not only her knowledge and professionalism and engaging personality. She even acknowledged my kids and offered them candy, which was such a thoughtful touch. This was our fourth apartment tour, and she was the only agent who made us feel genuinely welcome and excited. I’m really hoping to make the move next year—all the way from PA!
