  Terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience today. A store associate asked us to leave because my service dog wasn’t wearing a vest. We explained that under ADA law, service dogs don’t need any special identification. She said she’d call a manager, but no one ever came, so we just left. This was frustrating and discriminatory — the staff clearly needs ADA training to prevent this from happening again.

  It was fun picking out flavors with my best friend. We chose flavors like pistachio and matcha which I’ve never seen in regular stores. I ate all the pistachio ones before I made it to my car. Guess I can’t share those with my family . Oops.

  Lindt is a lovely place to pop by while in Princeton. Bins of colorful, individually wrapped chocolates always draw my attention, as that means I can fill one bag with a variety of flavors. My favorites are pumpkin spice, pistachio, cheesecake, dulce de leche and peppermint cookie at holiday time. The staff is helpful, especially German, who knows a lot about their products and seems to enjoy his job.

  This was my second time coming into the store and there was a lot more employees. My first time was a wonderful experience but this time around I was disappointed. There was a chocolate that had popcorn in it and I asked if I can try it before I bought it. The lady stated politley I could not. I then asked her about the chocolate and its flavors. She described it and stated that everyone loves it in the store and its very popular. I was really excited to try it and thought I'll just buy a box of 150 pieces. The employee got me a box. I started from the beginning to get 10 pc of each flavor and as I got to the poocorn filled chocolate, she told me politley it was not a part of the deal. There was a part of me that just wanted to hand them the almost filled box and walk out but I was with a new friend who really wanted to try the flavors we picked out. I was really disappointed that I could not taste test, and for the employee failing to mention the popcorn chocolate was not part of the deal when she clearly knew I was interested in it. I even explained to her this was one of the reason on why I was getting a box in the first place to get all the flavors, and she just smiled and walked off.

  Great store. Probably one of the best Lindt location. Cute and friendly staff. Chocolate is Lindt (so one step above the horrendous Godiva) so not great but OK.
