Lindsey's provides swimming pool and spa sales, installation, and repair services, as well as chemicals, parts, and supplies to Bryant, AR and the surrounding area.
Any time I need anything for my pool Lindseys is my first stop. They test my water, tell me what chemicals I might need, and make sure my pool is up to my standards. Nichole is always pleasant, and happy to help answer any questions I have. They even recently helped with a well priced new liner for my pool too! We love Lindseys!

ETA: I opened a package today from Lindsey’s (last picture) and they mailed me a new basket after seeing my post. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars because that is better customer service than what I initially received. It isn’t lost on me that they are attempting to fix the problem!
Lindsey’s pools and spas will never see me again! And after reading the 1 star reviews and the owner responses to every single one, they take no accountability and have an excuse for all of the issues customers bring up to them. I suspect my review will be met with much of the same. If you look at my review history, it takes a lot for me to give a bad review (I have only given one other 1 star review long ago) so to say I’m flustered is an understatement! After maintaining 2 separate pools through them this summer (one was mine another was my employer’s pool) spending $3k+ with them this summer on products like a Dolphin robot, their season opening and cleaning service, and over priced chemicals that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere I am done giving chances to them. They have lost mine and my family’s business. I patronized them because I wanted to support a local small business and THOUGHT they sold and guaranteed quality products and would stand behind that guarantee. THEY DO NOT! In May I replaced a 5 year old skimmer basket with one from their store. Today, the bottom of that basket that I purchased from Lindsey‘s broke and came right out of the bottom of the basket. There was no debris in the basket because I clean it daily and maintain my pump with regular service. Like I said the last basket was 5 years old so clearly I know how to take care of a swimming pool and the subsequent parts. The handle of the basket broke off on day 1. The plastic small peg piece on the end of the handle that fits into the hole on the basket broke off but since I have a skimmer hook to take the basket out I let it slide. I should have taken it back right then! There was nothing that would’ve caused this other than a defective poor quality product. When I brought it back to them, a young man said yeah that is crazy, that it doesn’t happen often and proceeded to look the basket over trying to figure it out. Then a young lady came, grabbed a new basket and said “I can get you down here” and proceeded to tell me it was $20 to get a replacement. She wasn’t rude but, there was no discussion of any kind of guarantee from the Hayward brand when I asked and not even “I apologize for that happening”. Just launched straight into selling me another one. No thank you! Absolutely not spending $20 for a product that only last three months that I will have to continually replace. I can get better quality from a cheap no name Amazon product. She then told the young man that he needed to quit messing with the basket because he wasn’t going to figure out what broke it.
That’s not the first poor customer service encounter I’ve had with them this summer either. Their service department manager Debbie was HORRID and rude to me on 2 separate occasions. I let it go and chalked that up to her having a bad or busy day. I have given them multiple chances but this was the $20 straw that broke the camel’s back!

Always eager to help me with a smiling face. I also like the fact that they always know who I am. I had a in ground pool liner placed and they did an excellent job.

It shows online that they are open. Drove from Searcy and the sign on the door says they are closed for employee appreciation weekend. They should of changed it on Google to say closed.

They did okay installing the pool. Sold me a water feature that worked one summer. It needed repairs and they wanted more to fix it than it cost new! My liner needs replacing which is normal wear and tear. I asked them for the measurements to get bids from other contractors and they want $95.00 for my own information! I will never use them again.
The construction of a swimming pool typically requires between 6 to 12 weeks. The duration can vary based on factors such as the pool's complexity, weather conditions, and the time needed for obtaining necessary permits.
How often should I clean my pool?
We recommend performing pool maintenance on a weekly basis. This routine should include skimming the surface, brushing the walls and floor, and vacuuming the pool to maintain cleanliness and water quality.
How many hours should I run my pool pump?
The recommended operation time for your pool pump is typically 8 to 12 hours daily, depending on your pool's size and usage. During peak summer months, it's advisable to run the pump continuously for optimal water circulation and cleanliness.
What should I do if my pool turns green?
If your pool water turns green, it's likely due to algae growth. We advise bringing a water sample to our store for testing. Based on the results, we'll provide you with detailed instructions to effectively clear the pool and restore its proper condition.
Do I need to maintain my pool in winter?
For uncovered pools that haven't been winterized, it's important to continue monitoring water chemistry and equipment throughout the winter months. Regular maintenance helps prevent potential issues and ensures your pool is ready for the next season.
Is it safe for pets to swim in the pool?
We do not recommend allowing pets to swim in your pool. Pets can introduce contaminants into the water and potentially cause damage to pool equipment, which may lead to maintenance issues.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Most pool manufacturers provide warranties covering various aspects such as structure, equipment, and workmanship. For specific details regarding warranty coverage for your pool, please contact us, and we'll be happy to provide you with the relevant information.
