  Didn’t even want to get one star, but that’s the only way I could leave a complaint. I had a A permanent. I’m still crazy standing on my head. I’ve had it cut and cut and I still have freeze. I think she programmed my roots. I’ve never been so upset by permanent in my life. She wrote it on the tiniest rollers didn’t ask me and I didn’t realize because they turned away from the from the mirror so you can’t say anything. My hair has no oil in it. It’s just dry freezing mess and I can’t look decent when I go anywhere not like I used to and I’m a professional. I wouldn’t recommend certain people there for permanent. Maybe I messed up coming there. I guess I did, but I thought it would save me a little money because supposedly they know what they’re doingWow even the instructor kinda had an attitude. wow even the instructor kinda had a attitude.

  Savannah C. absolutely KILLED it!! I’ve never been more in love with my hair and she did AMAZING! If you are wanting to get your hair done and don’t know who to ask for, I would 100% recommend Savannah! We did highlights everywhere but where they would still look good growing out. She also took an inch off of my hair. My natural color is light brown and I just wanted my hair to be brighter! I’m obsessed!! 💇‍♀️💖

  Haley was the one to do my hair and she did an amazing job I’m so happy I went from green to red and I’m so happy with how it turned out

  I don’t get my hair cut often (Like... Hardly Ever), so I showed up to Lindsey Institute of Cosmetology basically Clueless & Hoping for the Best— And Let me Tell You— Haylee B absolutely DELIVERED!!!!! She brought my Hair back to Life, styled it so Cute, & made me feel So Comfortable the Entire time!!!! She seriously went Above & Beyond— Haylee, you’re AMAZING at what you do!!! From the Sweet Greeting when I walked in to the Warm goodbye when I left, Everyone was so Kind!!! Huge Shoutout to the lovely lady at the front desk too— You set the tone for such a Great Experience!!!! All around just a Phenomenal Visit— I left feeling so good and can’t wait to come back!!! If you’re on the fence, GO SEE HAYLEE B! You Won’t regret it!!! 💖✨✂️

  Highly Highly Disappointed!! If I wanted my hair to have a neon sign that said “YES MY HAIR HAS GRAY OR COLOR IT”..I would have kept it the way it was and my hair is not black it’s brown. It was suppose to be a “TOUCH UP” and that’s not what happened. I have a very dark line around top of head maybe half inch down. My hair is not that dark and you do roots or touch up it’s not a half inch. Complained about it so Instructor wanted it washed again. Didn’t help but she said she thought it would be fine. She said she could put a bleach cap on it but she believed it would spot it up. Nope I don’t think so. Her exact words Well I’m sorry. She thought there was no problem with this crap…how not?? First of all It’s no a “Touch Up”…2nd “It doesn’t even match”…3rd “It doesn’t even blend in”… Do I need to keep on?? I will say it again it’s never done this before.
