  Living at Linden on the Greeneway has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I initially brought ongoing noise issues to management’s attention and even followed up by email, but I never received a response or resolution. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. When I escalated my concerns to corporate, instead of addressing the issues, they allowed Maria, the office manager, to simply refuse to renew my lease. After staying in touch with past tenants, I learned this is not the first time this tactic has been used — clearly a way for them to silence anyone who speaks up. The culture in the office is toxic from the top down. Maria, the office manager, sets the tone, but Marie (assistant manager) and Stephanie (the ringleader) are just as unprofessional. They don’t take residents seriously and seem more interested in covering for each other than doing their jobs. It honestly feels like their leasing and management staff are hired from the bottom of the barrel. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Linden on the Greeneway does not value their tenants, and once you sign that lease, you’re on your own.

  Buildings aren’t clean Dog poop everywhere, dog park has fleas management knows but doesn’t care Pay for trash valet monthly but they will find any excuse to not take it. Frequent car break ins and thefts but management is too cheap to hire full time security over night Community has cameras BUT they don’t work due to being “struck by lightning” Only good thing i can say about this community is the maintenance team is quick BUT will try everything to cut corners on solving your problem (had to involve code enforcement once before) Pretty sure all the buildings have bug infestations as well so be mindful of that

  The apartment and the area are nice-looking, and Stephanie is honestly the only bright spot. She’s kind, professional, and actually helpful. If I go to the office and Stephanie’s not there, I’d rather come back another day — that’s how badly the rest of the staff treats residents. Cold, rude, and with an attitude like you’re bothering them just by asking basic questions. On top of the bad service, they charge you extra fees constantly with no clear explanation. And even worse: you’re forced to pay for services you might not even use, like internet and valet garbage. It doesn’t matter if you already if you take out your own trash you’ll still get charged for them. Their rent payment system is a disaster: outdated, confusing, and it feels like it’s designed to create late fees and hidden charges. It honestly feels like they’re trying to squeeze money out of you any way they can. Unless you enjoy being overcharged, disrespected, and ignored look elsewhere. Living here is frustrating and exhausting. You deserve better!!!
