We recently moved into the area from out of state and needed to transfer our vehicle insurance to a local agent as well as obtain renters insurance for our upcoming long term lease. This agency was proactive in contacting us when we arrived in the area. The Office Manager, Cindi Urry, left me a voicemail and we later had a brief phone conversation about our needs. Linda Dyster is my State Farm agent and she is excellent! She recently reviewed my auto policy and my homeowners policy with me. She brought things to my attention on my homeowners policy that were very important to me, but which I knew nothing about. I was able to fix a suspension on my automatic payments for my account due to losing my card. And while I would have had to pay the late fee because I had made my payments still my late fees were waived. I am very grateful to the help I receive from this company and its employees I can’t recommend them enough.
