Do not go to this school it’s a waist of time and money, even if you work hard and show up every day you won’t actually learn anything you will learn way more from working In The field

Absolute waste of time and money. My son attended the Diesel Mechanics program. Teachers and Students Constantly Late with no Circumstances. Although my son was in time every morning most mornings they waited 30 - 45 Mins to start classes.Either waiting for Students or a teacher.Nothing from the instructors but some busy class work.Couldnt learn or practice Preventive Maintenance class because there was no oil.Couldnt learn torch or welding because there was no Air gas.I called Kristy Santos (Director of the School) mid Classes and voiced my displeasure. I was told things would be looked into.Nothing changed. Most days were spent working on other students personal vehicles doing bolt on customization work.Again he was there for Diesel.I do not post this as a white collar desk worker.I have owned a Trucking Company for over 30 years and have attended GOOD Technical schools and also have employed many mechanics that have been to Technical schools that had great experiences. Also my son was top of his class while there.Just to be clear he was not the issue.I would recommend to any aspiring Mechanic/Tech.Put your money to good use.Look for another school. This School is nothing but a money grab at this point.

I want to take the time to share my experience with Ryan at Lincoln Tech, because without him, I truly don’t think I’d be in the position I am today. From the very beginning, Ryan went above and beyond when I came in for my initial campus tour. He didn’t just walk me through the building and show me classrooms – he really took the time to explain what Lincoln Tech had to offer and how their programs could help me build a future in the automotive industry. What stood out the most during my tour was Ryan’s knowledge and honesty. He wasn’t just repeating a script; he spoke to me like a real person who cared about my goals. He explained the Audi program in detail, how it worked, and what opportunities it could open up. Hearing about the partnership between Lincoln Tech and Audi really motivated me, and Ryan made sure I understood exactly what steps I’d need to take to get there. His energy, professionalism, and passion for helping students succeed made a huge impression on me. Because of Ryan, I felt confident enrolling at Lincoln Tech that same day. He took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable about the decision, and reassured me that I would have the support I needed throughout the program. That conversation set the tone for my entire journey here. Now, fast forward — I am one month (October 10th) away from graduation and already three days in as an apprentice at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. This is exactly the type of opportunity Ryan spoke to me about during my tour, and it feels incredible to see it coming full circle. The foundation Lincoln Tech gave me, paired with the Audi partnership, has already started opening doors, and I owe a lot of that to Ryan’s guidance at the very start. If you’re considering Lincoln Tech, ask for Ryan. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in seeing students succeed. He doesn’t just get you enrolled – he helps you see the bigger picture and motivates you to follow through. For me, this wasn’t just about signing up for school; it was about starting a career path that’s already showing results. Thank you, Ryan, for believing in me from day one and helping me get to where I am now.

Don't go to the east windsor campus if your interested in diesel. Find any other school that isn't this one. I'm currently enrolled and it is not what they promise it is. As soon as they have your money they don't care about you. I've been here for over 6 months and still get calls asking if I want to enroll. That's how disorganized this school is. I, like many of the diesel students regret ever enrolling. If you heart is set on doing diesel I highly recommend going to any other campus that has it. This campus is missing most of the tools you'll need and makes no effort to get new tools. It's a total waste of money, I don't recommend.
