In unserem Zimmer gab es kein Internet bzw. nicht nutzbar langsames Internet und kein Mitarbeiter wollte was dagegen tun. Als wären alle drauf vorbereitet worden, solche Beschwerden abzuwimmeln. Die Mitarbeiter waren zur Hälfte freundlich, die Managerin hat uns erst am letzen Tag ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.
Außerdem ist es extrem laut.
Man hört jede Tür, jede Stimme und jedes Auto extrem stark.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und nur 30 min zum Strand.
Wer also eine gute Internet Flat hat und Baustellenkopfhörer, der kann dort gut buchen. Wenn’s dunkel ist, sollte man aber nicht mehr vor die Tür, wir haben mitbekommen, wie jemand ausgeraubt wurde und vor unserer Zimmertür die Polizei gerufen hat.

WARNING. Do not ask any questions of Gen. Mgr. Tammy Boyd or you will be treated very hatefully and rudely. She was extrememly rude and hateful and prejudice toward me in person. She threatened to cancel our reservation (and she actually did) because I asked a question.The booking on Hotel.com says 3 can sleep in this King room, but there is no sleeper sofa. False advertising... (for thinking that they can advertise for 3 persons to sleep in that king size bed.) Ha Ha... This is on a very noisy street right next door to a "Homeless Hotel" . Ambulances have been known to show up there; sometimes 3 or 4 ; at the same time for a hang-nail or an over-dose. Take it from a local. Do not stay here. That whole area= bad omen.

I booked a weeks stay here last October (2024) and I really enjoyed my stay. I booked a Jr. Suite and the room was spacious, very clean and the staff were great, especially Latron.
My only complaint, the WIFI was very unreliable and I burned through my e-sim plan quicker than I would’ve liked. The building would benefit with some signal boosters.
I’d take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Seems a lot of people are paying for a budget hotel and expecting The Ritz. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I booked 2 nights for 2 of our technicians, double beds.
Our employees had a terrible experience at the Lincoln Inn in Venice. As soon as they walked into their room, it reeked of urine. The fabric chair inside had a huge stain, clearly the source of the smell, and instead of properly addressing it, the odor was just covered up with air freshener and cleaning chemicals... causing nausea to both guests. On top of that, they found dead cockroaches in the room.
When they brought their concerns to the front desk, nothing was done to accommodate them or offer another room. Our employees ended up turning in their keys and booking at another hotel. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager, she was not only dismissive and rude but also stated there are no refunds regardless of the condition of the room.
Completely unacceptable conditions and customer service. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
