  Keenan and Travis were very professional and did exactly what they were asked to do on my furnace. They were on time, very respectful of my property, very polite and respectful of us and even our noisy dogs! I would definitely have them back to do more work or maintenance on our HVAC system. These guys are great.

  We have had nothing but outstanding service from Lincoln Heating and Air, on numerous occasions. Our most recent one was this week during the COLD snap, when our heater failed. I spoke to the Sainted Rebecca in the office, and even though they were inundated with calls from folks like me, she magically managed to set us an appointment in two days! Mr. Phil, a consummate professional and a Marine veteran showed up, fixed our heater in record time, found a work around that saved us money we would have had trouble affording, and was as kind and friendly as could be! He not only taught me maintenance tricks, but he loved our dogs too! Thanks Rebecca and Phil, and thanks Lincoln Heating and Air!!!

  A follow up of a heating system repair was conducted by technician Corey. This was necessitated because a week after the repair the heat would not come on. Corey did an excellent job of quickly diagnosing, finding, and fixing the problem at no cost to me. He represents the best aspects of Lincoln Heating which I give a 10 out of 10 rating.

  Houston arrived on time and did a great job diagnosing our problem and explaining the repairs needed. He provided us with photos of the parts that had failed and was able to give us a quote on the spot. He offered advice on keeping our specific HVAC system working as efficiently as possible, but never pressured us to purchase anything additional. The communication and follow up from the office staff was excellent. Repairs were completed the next day. Lincoln definitely has my business for any HVAC issues I may have in the future.

  I always have a good experience working with Lincoln Heating & Air. Team is attentive when it comes to scheduling. Have had Andrew service our furnace twice now, and he's friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to my dinosaur of a furnace. Used Lincoln to convert from oil to gas a few years back and they made the painful experience as comfortable as possible. Bottom line, I trust them with my furnace & boiler!
