- AHAimée H.4 days ago5.0Limelight saved the day! I cannot say enough about my experience with this company, or Robert T. I had a leak in my shower that was coming out of the ceiling in my basement. I called Limelight based on their Good reviews and I'm so glad I did. Robert was here within the hour. He was knowledgable, honest, and professional. He also shared how much he loves working for Limelight, and how great the owner is to all of the employees. We will definitely be using them again and again!! 10/10!

I am deeply grateful for his sharing his expertise in correcting the initial carbon monoxide detector issue. Also, I now have Peace-of-Mind because the 23 year old smoke detectors in my home have been updated. My home now has new smoke and combo smoke/carbon monoxide detectors that meet code requirements. How sweet it is to feel safer in my home with the smoke alarm system back up and working perfectly.

- MHMark HoffmanOct 2, 20255.0Great experience with Limelight regarding a backed up toilet/black water problem. Initial stop was unsuccessful but Limelight has a great recovery process. If they run into a problem, they have a defined process for getting additional resources to fix the problem. Cory contacted us to inform us of status and what they were doing to bring those additional resources. Anthony was the service tech who freed up the blockage. He then provided us a list of issues that could result in future problems. We have a very old sewage system so this was not unexpected. We appreciated Anthony’s thorough explanation of how he fixed immediate problems and suggested steps to fix future problems.
