  My husband said James gave us the best air conditioning checkup we have had in the 4 yrs we' ve been here. After he was done, he explained what he had done to prevent any problems with moisture. We were impressed ! Great job! Also it was HOT & on top of that, poor James got into some fire ants ! Just wanted you to know you have a good employee!

  I only called them because their name was on the thermostat; however, I’d rather use someone else. The man came out and my AC was frozen, he couldn’t do anything; $85. Came back the next day, only to charge me $50/hr more dollars for labor at $70 for one pound of Freon. He wasn’t here but 30 minutes. $205 for that!!! Never again!!

  Had a service call on Friday to figure out why my air handler was leaking. I asked him for a quote for the repair of the coils and quote of a full replacement system. I didn’t hear anything Monday morning so figured around 11 I would call and ask. The repair is needed so it stops leaking and damaging my floors so I was kind of desperate to get moving. When I called and talked to the office lady, she seemed really dismissive and just wanting to get off the phone. She explained to me how the quote process works. Wonderful so I ask what a good time line would be for me to get the quote and she laughs and goes um did the phone cut out, I just told you. Okay rude, I told her no the phone didn’t cut out and I heard her explain how the process works but I was looking for a timeline of when I would actually get it. So she said today. Well it’s 7:32 pm and I never heard back. She has poor customer service and looks like that’s been the normal for years according to previous comments. Called someone else after the rude phone call and he came out immediately, told me what was wrong. He called a couple places to find the part, gave me a quote on the spot and set up an appt for the following day so that my floors don’t continue to get water damage from the leaking coils. Save your time and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers. Wasted $85 for a service call when no service was done and couldn’t even get the quote.

  Prompt service, extremely nice and more through than the companies I've used in the past. James cleaned areas of our ac that hadn't been touched in previous company's yearly maintenance service. Would definitely recommend!
