Instead of offering help, I was told my chandelier was “extremely cheap” and, “I sell high-end stuff and this is not a store for you!” — without knowing anything about me. Completely uncalled for and not how you treat potential customers. Terrible customer service. That’s not just rude, it’s bad business.!! No customer should be spoken to that way.
