    Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service I contacted this business simply to ask if they carried a chandelier similar to my photo. Instead of offering help, I was told my chandelier was “extremely cheap” and, “I sell high-end stuff and this is not a store for you!” — without knowing anything about me. Completely uncalled for and not how you treat potential customers. Terrible customer service. That’s not just rude, it’s bad business.!! No customer should be spoken to that way.

    We were looking for a entry foyer chandelier and were a bit lost on size and style but were greeted by Ivana who navigated us through the whole process taking into consideration all of our quirks and not rushing us in any way. Very happy with our purchase and will certainly return for any future lighting projects.
