  These folks get ten stars in our books. My wife and I had just left Lamps Plus and didn't see anything of interest. We happened to drive by "Light Bulbs Unlimited" and decided to stop by. The customer service was excellent. Csilla was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. They carried the modern high-end product we were looking for. Csilla was more than helpful in finding and special ordering the product we fell in love with. And the price was very reasonable. The order was ready for pick up in less than a week. Unfortunately, the homeowner (me) decided to install the chandelier and cut the wrong wires during the installation. We called an electrician who came out, and because it was an LED light, he didn't want to attempt to repair it and advised sending it back to the manufacturer for repair. Not only was I sick to my stomach, but I was embarrassed to call Csilla, and I wasn't sure anyone could repair it. Csilla was more than helpful and encouraging, and asked us to bring it in; if possible, she would help us have it repaired. Needless to say, it was still a sleepless night. The following morning, we showed up with the chandelier, explained the issue, and Elon (employee) came to the rescue and had it repaired within a couple of hours. Csilla provided us with an electrician who installs their LED lighting, a good idea. Csilla and Elon went above and beyond. Our next purchase will be an ample foyer entry pendant light. No doubt we will continue to purchase from Csilla and Elon, customers for life.

  Just had one of the most pleasant customer experiences I’ve had in a while! I went to lamps plus and they were uninterested in what I had to solve; to their credit maybe they didn’t have parking lights for outdoors, but they weren’t interested really in helping me figure out where I could get that either and I’ve been a long time client of theirs. At Light Bulbs Unlimited, I Walk in and immediately greeted by Julian at the front counter with a completely spunky, curious and energetic personality; he begins to geek out and nerd out about the type of light I had that was going over my parking area at my house and was telling me if I wanted to maintain that light system or change it out and give me so many different options I can go with, he took the time and cared enough to find the correct solution for me. I didn’t have to research wonder in wait two days or a week or a few week turnaround time for an online order… Highly recommend the Mr. Sandman approach that brings you a dream down over at lightbulbs unlimited… Can’t wait to make my next light purchase there to be a loyal customer for years to come
