- BBBobApr 23, 20252.0We purchased a floor scrubber for our small business about 18 months ago. About a year later we began having an issue with the brushes coming loose from the machine hub. We have begged Lifetime Equipment for assistance and or replacement parts. I’m now in my 4th month of the “service department” getting back to me, waiting for parts, needing my contact information for the 3rd time, and on, and on. I will not do anymore business with this company again.

When you arrive you do not see anything and probably you continue, that was our situation, we pass by the trin and then backing to the entrance, so dangerous. Turn and go all the way down, at the end you can see 2 buildings. The receibing guy is a venezuelian guy or an old nice gentleman, also there is a busy asian guy too. The process is too simple, fast unloading and easy entrance/exit. The place is not too big but enought for moving and turn around if you need it. Thanks to Hugo, so helpful.
