  Every month something happens causing early lock out. Cost is insane for redoing the unit when it messes up, company never owns any fault and won’t show you the findings. Shipping is either late or early. Have 3 days to return old one so if you get the new one a week early you paid for them to get the unit back and you loose that time in advance. Call service can’t do anything for anyone except take your money. Very few physical service locations, so your stuck with mail order consequences whether early or late! Terrible experience! Lost over a grand in wages due to mailing system and early lockout problems. Almost lost a job because of the mailing system, I was told sorry for inconvenience and was given a $60 credit. Not justified. If it were possible I’d give it a lower score if I could! To be clear the people at the service center I was sent to, more then helpful and polite.... it’s the interlock company that is terrible. I would highly recommend finding a different interlock company.
