Then again if installation does take 30 minutes to 2 hours, I was held at that location for 5+ hours. I was told your headquarters were in Oklahoma with so many other lies by the shop owner. I am okay with moving forward because I found a location in Finksburg that has a better owner and service. It's not always about the money, sometimes it's about the respect and proper information given to people who may have a disability 👍🙏💯 Thank you for understanding! I will update the stars to 5 for your time not the establishment. The business owner Steve Claiborne is unprofessional...when other customers leave he curses them behind their back. He was supposed to give me a four hour service but forced it in 30 minutes. He also told me and another gentleman it would take less than an hour which he later tried to deny. This guy loves to make comments which are beyond his profession. For example he tried to give me information based on the MVA then started being hostile and stopped my work in the middle of his process. The main LifeSafer Ignition Interlock office located in Oklahoma also do not honor their clients. They lie to you about everything. Nothing is properly documented by the personnel on the phone, so the next personnel in charge is not aware of what is going on. I have been promised three different occasions about a discount based on their error. Yet the discount amount is not the right amount. They do not train the store owner with proper information thoroughly.
