This rating is NOT about this autobody shop. It’s about LifeSafer itself. I have been on hold with LifeSafer for over 3 hours. The company got name last name, birthdate wrong on top of my model of my car. I have been on hold with LifeSafer for over 3 hours with no answer. Attempted Chat as well. Hopefully Luis can help me on Monday.

DO NOT!! DO NOT! Stay away from this LifeSafer location. Didn't explain anything about the use of the device. What's good of having an appointment? 9am appointment. Guy shows up 11am. Said 3hrs for my install. Didn't my vehicle back tell 6pm. But wait! There's more. 10am for calibration. Guy shows up at 12:30. STAY AWAY. It's worth the drive. Go to the Clackamas location.
