- AMangie mezaJul 28, 20251.0Extremely unprofessional staff. There’s only one person that basically understands and knows what they’re doing. Unwilling to work with people who work a 9-to-5 job. And if the staff would like to leave early, they demand you to come in no matter the situation, but will not let you adjust times based off of your needs. Only one person is willing to do that. That is a gentleman who works there very much pay for the gentleman everybody else doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing and it’s very rude.

Very unprofessional workers, workers who lack knowledge on what they’re doing, will constantly repeat themselves over and over again, will not answer your questions correctly, don’t even have the answers for you. Will constantly blame ALL their issues on “corporate” or “technical issues” their server is ALWAYS down….I recommend you seek other options. This was the best option for me since I live close by but I rather pick a place who I know won’t keep having ongoing issues REMEMBER YOU ARE PAYING FOR THIS. IT IS NOT FREE.

And helped me look into an issue that I've been having with my interlock, since having my audio system installed by "Slangin' audio" {(btw, don't go to them(Slangin') for installations.)} Anyway, thanks Joe, and Adrian for your help, and I'm gonna get it fixed by my interlock/audio guys at Level 10 audio. Cause Ms. Adrian I got your message:)

How does an interlock device/car breathalyzer work?
