They were fast at recalibrating my interlock device, but that is about the only pro.... they charged me almost double what the place in Fernley did (Fernley joint used to charge $25 flat, Avila charged $45).... Then they tack on an $8 HAZ-MAT charge. There is no HAZ-MAT involved in "calibrating" the device! It is basically as simple as a TI calculator.... they plug into a computer and "calibrate" (update/download) it. The gal said "it (the fee) is preprogrammed in there"... Yeah well fix that BS because that is the most absurd pocket picking crap I have ever heard. I even paid in CASH and still had to pay the BS! 7/10 do not recommend.
