They have overcharged me multiple times, and refuse to refund me. I would expect companies in this line of business to be held to a higher standard.

I have been waiting almost 2 hrs just to let then know the device is faulty and I need a device swop at my next appointment and i have an inhaler plus stomach ulcers and i have to take meds for which set off the device. they keep saying the wrong time for my appointments and I have missed appointments even though i have showed up for them. I'm highly considering a different device from some else. These idiots aren't the only ppl here in gp that can help you get back on the road. Theirs 2 others in gp that do this and they actually have 5 stars. I'm including other places with 5 stars. My dad has stomach problems and he used this 1 in merlin. Don't choose lifesafer they suck cause you can't reach anyone and they either just hang up on you or transfer you to 2 or 3 ppl before you get hung up on.
