- TMTerry MaloneJul 25, 20252.0I just had the lifesaver system installed 2 hours ago. My first impressions is as follow. Online, it says you will receive a book with the system and they do not give you one. The camera was mounted directly over my inspection sticker, which goes out next month.I'm not sure what i'm going to have to deal with there. I see videos online where the device mounts on your dash In front of you and there is no mount with this, it's laying in my console. This can very easily present a problem. Because the beep it gives you when it's time to test , Is not very loud.I cannot play my stereo or anything. I would like to know if I can attach. Velcro to the back of the device.So that I can stick it on my dash in front of me. I would also like to know if there's any way I can add a device that will make it's audible sound louder. I would like to know if I can temporarily remove my camera to change my inspection sticker.

How does an interlock device/car breathalyzer work?
