- PDPhillip DentOct 5, 20241.0I installed the lifesafter interlock device in my car a few days ago. Went out to change my brake light and the device locked me out. I tried calling their customer service but was on hold for 2 hours and no one answered. I finally got a hold of someone via chat on their website. They couldn't get a mobile technician out, after trying several times, so I am forced to have my car towed back to the location where I had it installed. AND they won't pay for the tow. I've done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I am the one being punished. This company has terrible customer service response and ability to resolve issue is non-existent. I will be uninstalling my lifesafer and going with intoxalock. Also the person at the service center where I had my lifesafer interlock installed who actually installed the interlock was rude and I don't believe did a good job with the installation. They are located at 5500 Pennsylvania St., Denver 80216. This has been an absolute miserable experience and I haven't been able to drive my car for several days now.
