I contacted the auto shop to make sure they knew it was there and they said they get that all the time. This must be an automated message, but you should address this. I felt bad interrupting them for a silly question. I didn’t want to make them feel as though I was rushing the to get it complete or be that “needy” customer. That was a bit of a panic moment that could easily be avoided, making the experience much more pleasant.

If you’re wondering if you should use them, just try calling their toll free number and try to get ahold of an agent for anything BESIDES an appointment. I promise you that you’ll never actually reach someone or get a call back. I waited for several weeks for them to send the registration to the DMV and so I cannot take my dmv written test or the practical. Having to drive without a license or lose my job now. I’d definitely recommend going anywhere else unless you have nothing but time on your hands. Complete ineptitude.

How does an interlock device/car breathalyzer work?
