- DDDonteAug 27, 20252.0Current customer since 7/2025. #1 issue I have with the company is that when I setup automatic bill pay with customer service and when it’s time to take money out they don’t and they say unable to process payment knowing I have money in my account. #2 is the website doesn’t have proper information other than next service date. Also Doesn’t show the exact payment amount or date. #3 the device is be too sensitive, if I spray cologne it will say abort, if you don’t blow or hum hard enough it will say abort. I had to unplug my battery just to reset the whole device because it wouldn’t let me blow and was on hold with customer service for an hour for them to tell me that. Other than those couple discrepancies it is pretty good. Doesn’t take long to HUM AND BLOW in the machine but a couple seconds.

This is a one-time installation fee that you'll pay at the beginning of your lease period for the device. You'll pay this fee directly to the service center that installs the device in your vehicle. Additional fees are usually incurred every time you must have your device calibrated and vary by state.
How does an interlock device/car breathalyzer work?
After the device is set up, drivers need to breathe into the car breathalyzer's mouthpiece to provide a sample. This device checks the driver’s breath alcohol concentration (BAC) to measure it is within legal limits. Typically, if the BAC is below .025, the driver is then clear to insert their keys and start the vehicle.
