  Very bad experience with this installer. He Is very rude and disrespectful. Apparently He hates his job and reflex in his attitude. Had me sign all the paperwork that he instructed me on everything prior to doing so and when I asked him a question he told me to read the pamphlet. He also insisted that motor vehicle commission had the paperwork that he did not have he didn't want to be bothered getting it sent over from corporate spent approximately eight hours trying get correct paperwork Where I was back and forth to motor vehicles several times. Other reviews Describe him perfectly. To top it off he never tighten the battery cable which left me stranded out of state as the car would not start. Further,What kind of person would charge you thirty five dollars to drop your car off into an empty parking lot the night before so the work can be done the following day?. Why would you want to do business with somebody like this. First calibration appointment i was commanded to memorize my mileage or take a photograph. I\nDidn't understand why. I looked at him in confusion.And he raised his voice repeated himself like I was his subordinate. I raised my voice and told him I didn't understand why he wants me to memorize my mileage. He lost his temper and told me to go somewhere else.And he didn't want to deal with me. It took an awful lot for me to remain in my car. On a different note, it was a pleasure to go to the freehold location where you are treated with a level of respect. After reading other reviews for this location, it is beyond comprehension how this person continues to is b a vendor. If you do decide to use this location beware of the double billing. After paying a in voice for for lifesaver I was presented with a separate invoice from his company. He told Me how am I supposed to get paid. I paid it only to find out later later that life saver pays him directly.It didn't make sense. Two invoices titled installation. Before amending this review I was contacted by life.Saver I was told he was never supposed to charge me. He originally denied collecting money from me. And only after I presented the receipt to life saver. He was forced to acknowledge that he was paid in cash.. I was credited the full amount to my account. I am very grateful to lifesaver for having the integrity for reaching out to me and resolving the issue.
