Hard to talk to anyone that can answer my questions. Guy who calibrates only takes cash, which is $45, and that's on top of the $36 a month. Not court ordered, but like this device as a way to keep me honest. I was double charged for a missed appointment when I specified i wanted 10:30am and yet was still added in at 10:00am. Maybe intoxalock is better?
