- PLPatrick LeeAug 21, 20251.0We had scheduled an appointment to see this unit during work day. We get the the building on time, but no one from Lido shows up. We call them and they give us some roundabout excuse that the place was being painted and they could not show it. No apologies other than telling us they are busy and couldn’t bother to let us know. We had brought our 2 kids too and took time off work, so having zero professional follow up made it worse. Worst part is the building manager confirmed the night before that our tour was still on! The building manager reiterated she couldn’t bother to find our number (even though we were actively texting her) and she talks to “a lot of people.” Unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid this management company if you can
