  This was the worst experience that I have had with any type of jeweler, was inquiring about rings and the male Caucasian older man, was very rude and very short with my questions did state to me “ no disrespect but I don’t have time for this “ not sure if he understood that was very disrespectful. Live in the area and will make sure I am vocal to friends family and colleagues on not going to this business. Will also be filing a claim with the better business bureau.

  Worst place in the world. Cannot open the simplest of watches. Does not call when your item is ready for pick up. I went for batteries. The man opened the watch and could not close it. He had to send it out to close it. Then no contact to say it is ready. The inability to even show business hours should have been my warning. NEVER HAVE A BATTERY REPLACED THERE. NEVER SHOP THERE. Guess they sell jewelry but are not Jewelers. I'll stick with Leders in Rockville Centre.
