    What an amazing experience I had at Lexus of Orlando all thanks to Brandon, Mei, and Franklin! This was not my first time making a purchase here but let me say that Brandon listened to everything that I loved about my previous Lexus and what my musts were for the possibility of trading in for a new one. He showed me the options that made sense for me and he even showed me a car that wasn’t on the lot yet, was getting checked in the next day but matched everything that I was looking for. I test drove the similar model to the other car and I was able to take a look and sit in it-the difference between the two cars was just interior color. Mei and Franklin were able to take care of me where it honestly was a no-brainer to trade in my previous Lexus for the new one. The best part of all was the fact that we were the last ones in the dealership that night and I felt terrible as I know what’s it’s like to close up but they put my mind at ease and reassured me that they wanted to take care of me and the process. Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and appreciate Brandon, Mei, and Franklin so much!

    Buying our Lexus EZ300 was truly a five-star experience thanks to the incredible customer service from Duc and Zee. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Duc was especially outstanding. He patiently walked us through all the options, explained every detail about the cars, and even arranged a test drive of the showroom model — the only one available of that specific car at the time. It was no small effort to have that car removed from the display floor just so we could experience it, and it showed his true dedication to making sure we had the best possible experience. The negotiation process with Zee was seamless and, most importantly, pressure-free. Unlike other dealerships where we’ve felt rushed and pushed into decisions, he listened carefully to our needs and handled everything with professionalism and respect. Even though the store was closing by the time we wrapped things up, Duc still took the time to walk us through the car’s features, help us set up the keys, and ensure we drove away completely happy and confident. What made the experience even better was the follow-up. In the days after the purchase, Duke checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with the car, answer any questions, and confirm that everything was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our Lexus or with the exceptional service we received. This was truly a 10/10 experience, and we highly recommend Duc, Zee, and the entire team to anyone looking for a stress-free, professional, and customer-first car buying experience.

    Back in April, I purchased my Lexus UX250h Sports Edition from Lexus of Orlando, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the experience. Being a Lexus customer is truly special — you don’t just enjoy driving a beautiful, reliable car, you also receive the kind of luxury treatment at the dealership that you simply don’t find anywhere else. First, I want to thank Haylee, the amazing sales consultant who made this all possible. I originally went in to see a pre-owned NX, but it had already been sold. At first, I was a little disappointed since I didn’t think a new NX would be within my reach. That’s when Haylee introduced me to the UX250h Sports Edition. From the moment I tried it, I fell in love — it suited me even more than the NX. I personally prefer smaller cars, and with the sporty touches, this one felt perfect for me right away. Both Haylee and Mei worked together to make the deal happen, and I’m truly grateful. I will say I wasn’t completely satisfied with the trade-in value of my old car — but at the end of the day, it’s part of the process, and the joy of my new Lexus has far outweighed that. Beyond the purchase, I continue to visit Lexus of Orlando for work-related car needs, not just for my own, and every single time I walk in, the experience feels nothing short of luxurious. The staff always goes above and beyond. What inspired me to finally leave this review today is Ingrid, who provided me with the most special executive wash. She is simply awesome — just like everyone I’ve encountered at this branch. Again , you’re not just buying a car. You’re investing in an incredible experience. And that’s what makes all the difference.

    I started the day at a collision shop picking up my license plate and signing over my beloved vehicle of 8 years to salvage - it was a total loss. One of the worst days a car enthusiast can have. My day ended at Lexus of Orlando, and the team there turned it into one of the best days I've ever had as a car owner. Austin, my assigned product specialist, had the car pulled out of the showroom (sorry!), and took the time to show me around all the little features that I was interested in. Before long, we went for a drive. Austin was awesome during the drive - pointing out things to help me in my evaluation, and he had a great sense of what I was about to ask. Austin also did a fantastic job with the delivery - not only did he help me make sure all of the settings were exactly as I wanted them, he's also a great photographer! Ready to start the paperwork, he introduced me to Olga, his sales manager. Olga is a gem - patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. We went through the numbers, she made a solid recommendation to lease this car to take advantage of the incentives available, and she took the deal to finance to get written up. While we waited, she gave me a tour of the facility, and their beautiful shop (as a shade tree mechanic, I now have home shop goals!). During our conversation, it came up that I was in a rental that I'd need to work out the return logistics on. Olga asked me if it was an Enterprise or Hertz car, and when I told her it was she said "you can leave in your new Lexus and not come back until your service is due" - they can process rentals and returns for both agencies. Another burden made light! Raven holds the record for the most efficient yet thorough F&I manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've bought cars cash that have taken longer to get through F&I than this lease. He did a great job explaining the various products, costs and benefits, total impact on the lease payment, etc. I now have a favorite Finance Manager, and it's Raven. I turned up at 2:15pm for a 2:30pm appointment, and drove away in my new RX just before 6pm. I cannot say 'thank you' enough to this wonderful team for taking one of the worst days of a car owner's life and turning into the best experience I've ever had buying a car.

    I never thought in a million years that I would be disappointed when I buy my first Lexus with a 50k price tag. #1. The seatbelt alarm is very annoying to the point where I yell at it to shut up. Almost immediately from the time I start my car it begins a loud aggravating alarm. The alarm will ring aggressively all the way to my destination sometimes. It even goes off if my dog is in the front passenger seat, or someone in the backseat is not seat belted in. Its worse then an annoying child yelling in my ear. It’s one thing to give me a warning but Lexus has crossed the line with allowing this safety feature to be a pest. #2. The windshield wipers are slow with it set on high speed. This is the first car I’ve owned that I have to pull over in heavy rain. #3. The Bluetooth connection is a pain. In most cases I just drive all the way to my destination with nothing on because It’s too annoying to get working. Now here’s a comical story for you but a true vision. Imagine getting in your car when it’s raining hard. You back out your driveway then your seatbelt alarm starts yelling at you. You then try to put on your Bluetooth but it don’t work so you decide to hear your tires rotating on the asphalt, rain and the annoying seatbelt alarm. As you continue down the road you now can’t see because the wipers are slow as a snail. If that’s not frustrating enough I don’t know what is? I’m suppose to be happy in my car but it puts me in a bad mood instead.
