We were on vacation in Orlando and seen the posting of the vehicle. I called Chris and we worked the numbers on my trade and we came to agreements on the trade and purchase within hours.
It was fair to both sides and was the easiest negotiation and came purchase I’ve ever made. The next day we made the trip to Jacksonville to finalize the purchase.
Once we arrived Chris introduced himself and offered us breakfast at the cafe. Yes free of charge and very relaxing. No sitting in an office talking or in a waiting room.
The cafe was quite inviting and so relaxing with good food and excellent service that you would expect from higher end restaurants.
The entire time of trade/test drive/purchase was around 1 hour 30 minutes. At each step Chris would keep us up to date on where the process was at. There was a delay with the tags which Sam who was handling the financials kept us aware of and finished up the paper work shortly after.
The vehicle was detailed with a red bow on the top and full tank of gas and a very thankful handshake for the business.
This is how buying a car should be and this is the first time I could say this. And during our vacation at that. The ride back to Orlando was so relaxing until I4 😂. a quick stop at Buc-ees made it all better!!
Thanks to all at Lexus at Orange Park and Fields Auto Group. We will definitely check with them first for our next purchase of a vehicle.

Great Product and Great Customer Service. Our salesperson, Salvador, was kind and considerate. We felt appreciated from the moment we entered the dealership. The general manager, Misty Colin, was great. She was helpful and kind. She gave us a tour the dealership, including the cafe and service department. She followed-up at every step to make sure we had the best customer experience. We spent time with the receptionist, Moon, who shared her love of the customers, and gave us great information about the services available. Sam, in finance, was efficient and great at explaining what was available to us. The atmosphere was festive. There was a food truck with delicious complementary burger, games and prizes, and a Jaguar ticket raffle. I would highly recommend Lexus of Orange Park!

I took my 2025 ES to Lexus Orange Park for a tire replacement due to picking up a nail. Throughout the entire process the staff was very caring & professional. I was given a complementary loaner vehicle as I had to return to work. Soon afterwards, the technician sent me a video of my car tire to include the screw in the tire. He also mentioned that a loose console was repaired (missing screw). The technician indicated that each would be repaired at no cost to me….All in All I had a smooth & professional experience.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle today, Cherry was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to test drive the model of my choice, and actually went thru the inventory to show me exteriors and interiors options. I was exceptionally impressed as their sister store's salesman barely acknowledged me earlier in the day. I am very disappointed that even if they had the inventory I would not be able to purchase since I live over three hours away (the panhandle) which doesn't have a Lexus dealership within 3 hours. My husband routinely comes to Jacksonville for work, while it would be unusual for us to go to Pensacola. I hope that this review will have someone reconsider the limitations of sales to within 3 hours. I would make it a point to purchase from Cherry at Lexus of orange park.

Chris Bordes was my Lexus-certified sales consultant in July, and he was courteous and responsive in helping me buy an RX 350 model with all-wheel drive.
To me, Lexus technology was critical for safe driving and a better awareness of my surroundings. Chris worked very hard to help me build an understanding of the features that I was looking for.
Over a three-day period, he exceeded my expectations at every turn and effectively accommodated my severe hearing loss through patience and his good communication skills.
Chris also set me up with Tessa Howell, the Lexus technology specialist who literally spent hours acquainting me with the set up and use of systems like automatic collision prevention, lane keeping parameters, blind spot monitors, and adaptive cruise control, to name just a few.
Chris Bordes also set up a meeting with the finance manager, Mr. Sam Fakhouri, to go over some of the details of the certified Lexus extended warranty provisions.
In every respect, Sam was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough about the details of the warranty and its provisions and made some additional offers to extend services under separate contracts. He was also very considerate of my communication difficulties, and I very much appreciated his kindness.
And I was even more delighted a few days later when Misty Colin, the general manager of Lexus at Orange Park, reached out to thank me for my purchase, when I felt I should be thanking her for the delightful experience of doing so.
