  I had an excellent experience at this shoe store! 🤦‍♀️ I can't recall their names. The staff went above and beyond by bringing me multiple options and staying with me throughout the entire try-on process. They also asked thoughtful questions about the fit and comfort that I wouldn't have considered myself. Overall, it was a fantastic customer service experience! I wished I would have found them a year ago. I could have saved more money, then I actually spent with them. With the different shoes & inserts I ordered. Just to return. Few I couldn't return. This the only shoe store anyone would need!! Thx girls Y'all are the Greatest!! BTW Turned out the very first ones they had me try-on. Were exactly what I needed and got. I have super high arches. That are falling. Every step is painful, joints popping, & achilles tendonitis. No discomfort now.

  Today Brenda worked with me to get the perfect pair of shoes. I have bilateral hip dysplasia and a complete total right hip replacement. Not only did she listen she was helpful I walked out with the perfect shoes and a new local store to support. Thank you Brenda for your time and incite.

  Lexington Running Shop has the most knowledgeable, helpful staff — that go the second, 3rd or 4th mile to make sure you have just the right shoe for your needs, and will work to make sure you are totally satisfied. They are the BEST! I have bought several pairs of shoes from them and can’t say enough about their outstanding customer service

  Great job analyzing and recommending the best shoe type for me. LOVE my Saucony Guides! I ran in Asics for years with IT band pain and have been pain free since I switched a few weeks ago. The shoes were about the same price I was paying for Asics online and I'm stoked to be able to buy locally.
