  We cannot thank Susan enough for everything she did for us. From the very beginning, she was professional, compassionate, and truly had our best interests at heart. We were overwhelmed dealing with an auto insurance company that was clearly trying to take advantage of us after something completely out of our control. Susan stepped in and completely turned things around. She explained everything clearly, fought hard on our behalf, and made sure we were treated fairly and with respect. Her attention to detail and dedication gave us peace of mind during a really stressful time. Because of her, we were able to get the outcome we deserved.   I had searched for an attorney to take on my medical injury case for several weeks. After two lawyers that did not communicate, I was recommended this Firm and absolutely blessed to be helped by Robyn. With honesty, clarity and authenticity did she guide me through the process which took about 18 months. I was blessed with her because yes, she knew her stuff, which she very professionally & effectively integrated as needed but we also had dialogs from the heart connected through the case.
