Level 1 star!!! Brian was a real pain to work with. He was always irritated. The timeline for my project kept getting pushed back. They finally finished it in the fall. When I went to open it in the spring, I noticed cracks (all the way through) in the concrete. I called Brian. His response was it’s Michigan…. What do you expect. Not the response that I was looking for. Also there was no restoration from them tearing up my yard. I would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their "pool store" is a joke. They have kids behind the counter with no knowledge. You can't actually talk to anyone with knowledge about pools or what your needs are. You have to relay it through the kid behind the counter to whomever they're on the phone with. Their concrete also doesn't hold up. Garage apron poured in late 2022 has concrete cancer and is flaking pitting and chipped already. Need to talk to a manager or owner?! HA good luck!

Level One installed a 20 x 40 liner pool two years ago and it has been great. Company is very professional and responsive if there are any questions or concerns.

Recently I had to update my cc info and did so over the phone without a hitch. I’ve been renting from them for several years now and no problems at all!
