  I have so much fun when I attend the events, my sister stays here and I come to visit from Louisiana and enjoy myself at all the fun and different events, the prizes are always awesome.

  I lived here for 4 years. I was the first tenant in that apartment which was a 2br 2ba on the third floor. Overall I enjoyed living at the complex. Nowhere is perfect Though. Pros: -I was very satisfied with the responsiveness of the staff. Whenever I put in tickets they responded basically the next day. You can call or text them. There is always someone picking up the phone when you call during working hours. Jennifer Gonzalez went above and beyond. -The apartment itself is very spacious and luxurious for the area. Price is reasonable but it did go up approx $250 every year which sucked. -No bugs /pests. Cons: -biggest one was the chicken farm smell of chicken poop!!! It’s so bad especially in the heat. It persists All day and night. Id say occurs every other day. There’s a chicken farm close by down the street. -dog poop on the sidewalks. Some owners are disrespectful. -location of apartment is far from the freeway. It’s a good 10-15 mins drive to either the I10 or 15. Also side streets aren’t as walkable.

  My daughter lives here, and I absolutely love visiting her. The community is incredibly peaceful, well-kept, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a mother, nothing brings me more comfort than knowing she’s in a quiet, safe, and friendly environment—and this apartment community checks all those boxes. We talk frequently, and she often tells me about the fun events hosted by the community. The girls who organize them are always so friendly and creative! She even sends me photos of the events she attends, and I’ve been impressed by how thoughtful and engaging everything is—from the decorations to the little gifts and snacks they provide. It’s clear the staff really cares about building a sense of community. Another bonus is the Amazon locker on-site, which adds an extra layer of security and convenience when receiving packages—something I know gives both of us peace of mind. Overall, I’m just so grateful that my daughter is happy living here. It’s truly a wonderful place for young residents, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and community-driven apartment complex.

  I picked up my friend that lives here, the apartments look really nice and she was telling me about the events they have for the community. It’s nice to see there are apartments that care for their residents and want to see a community atmosphere.
