- GGGerryJul 13, 20255.0Great experience at this location. Mom's Polaris 280 had lost a wheel and had a couple of other issues. We took it to this new Leslie's location on a slow Sunday afternoon looking for parts and had a great interaction with store manager Kenneth. He not only had the parts we needed but pointed out other reasons it was performing poorly, like worn down inner wheel gear teeth, worn smooth tires, flooded float, etc. All of which were apparent after he pointed them out. So we left the unit with him for a full tear down and evaluation. About an hour later we got a call that it was repaired and ready to be picked up. No additional issues were found, and the price we paid was the price quoted when we dropped it off. The unit now runs vertically on all three wheels, for the first time in a long while, and climbs the pool walls like it did when it was new. I have to say that my experiences at some other Leslie's locations have not always been this satisfactory. Kenneth has gained our business.
