  For first time pool owner, we brought a water sample in for testing. The lady working was extremely helpful. She checked the sample, then suggested everything we needed to get levels corrected. We will definitely be using them from here on out!

  The most rude retail place I’ve ever been to. I walked in and asked for a pool hose. They then appointed me to a rack of hoses. There were 2 different prices for the same hoses, one for 69.99 and one for 54.99. I asked if the hoses were different to which she replied they have different lengths, which the tag described 35’. So, I mentioned that the tag said the same thing. She walks to the rack and I point it out on the box and she very rudely says “you’ll have to move!” In a very aggressive tone of voice. Needless to say, I’m not going back.

  Not happy. Bought a saltwater pump from them 2 and a half months ago. It quit working. Called them and they only have a 30 day guarantee. OK. Took 2 weeks to get a hold of anyone at Intex. Finally they send me a replacement control unit but they send the wrong model. Just got off the phone with Intex again and the pump I bought from Leslie's has been discontinued since 2018. Great. I'm out $200 and I have to drain my pool cause I can't get a replacement. Wonderful.
