- LBLoney BourqueJul 21, 20251.0I WANTED TO STATE THAT I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THERE ESPECIALLY MOTORS I PURCHASED A MOTOR 14 MONTHS AGO AND FROM DAY ONE THE MOTOR GOT SO HOT YOU CANT KEEP YOUR HAND ON IT OR IT WOULD BURN YOU.I COMPLAINED AND THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS NORMAL OR IT WAS WIRED WRONG SO WE PAID TO HAVE AN ELECTRICIAN COME OUT AND CHECK EVERYTHING AND ALL WAS WIRED CORRECT /I WAS ALSO TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THEY GOT A DIFFERENT BRAND IN AND WOULD SWITCH ME OUT WELL IM STILL WAITING ON THAT PHONE CALL SO WE WERE AT THE END OF SUMMER WHEN I REPLACED IT SO IT WAS RARELY RUNNING BUT NOW ITS OUT AND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP 2 MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY I WAS TOLD THE DISTRICT MANGER WILL CALL ME WHITHIN 72 HOURS WERE 2 WEEKS IN AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE TWICE AND STILL NOTING I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT PURCHASE ANY KIND OF REPLACEMENT MOTOR FROM THEM WHAT THEY OFFER IS COMPLETE JUNK ANYWAY JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT YOUR UP AGAINST WITH THIS COMPANY SIGNED LONEY BOURQUE
