    Their door says they open at 9 yet it’s 9:25am and the doors are locked. If you need to change tour hours change your store hours. Don’t just keep the doors locked. Disappointing

    On May 21st my 1 year old Polaris pool vacuum stopped working. After calling their tech support line they told me it needed warranty repairs and to take to your local Leslie's. I got in the car and drove over since I was trying to open the pool for Memorial Day. I was greeted by a man whom told me their pool vac tech was on vacation but to expect a few month wait and walked me back to see all the broken pool vacs. We stood around, chatted, and he recommended that I replace the cord myself. I went home, researched the cord, got a price, watched a youtube video and decided since it was under warranty I didn't want to open the machine myself. Back to Leslie's I go. I find the man I spoke to previously was fired for instances "like this." I was assured it wouldn't take months. Well after multiple misdiagnosis, understaff excuses, staff vacations, my pool vacuum was ready for pickup August 2nd, nearly three months after dropoff. I never one time received a status update. I called once a week and was always told the same story, I should be able to get to it next week, staffing issues, etc. I also lost the whole season of warranty on my unit. This type of customer service is repulsive. Do business at your own risk.

    Trexlertown, PA store all staff on 8/12/2025 went to lunch at the same time and closed the store. Shame on management for staffing so light and mismanaging labor to close the store to customers during this time. Rotate staff lunches to keep store open.

    They never have anything I need. I don't even go their anymore....I go to Carlson Pools.
